We now have a demo site available at http://www.solo-systems.com

NOTE: Because this script is written around PayPal Standard it requires the user to go to paypal for payment with the paypal IPN activating the account. Because of this, this demo does require a paypal payment to complete it. I have the plans set to $1 and $2 and will refund any transactions that come through on the demo site the moment i see them until we rework the code to allow a true demo mode that doesn't require this.

Why dont you create a Paypal sandbox? Then you will be able to test it.

I haven't worked with paypal sandbox before. Does it require the accounts making payments be sandbox accounts too?
