I have never heard of them before. Can anyone shed any light on this hosting company?

I used them two years ago. There are plenty of reviews for them on google so please do a search. I experienced frequent downtime, MySql connection errors, when i used their installer to install oscommerce i got many errors which they could not fix and they called me a liar when i said i used their installer.

Search for reviews and you will find hundreds of unhappy customers.
