Is reliablesite.net a good reseller? What do you think of them? Are their services any good?

I’m looking for clustered reseller hosting and after reading some of the reviews here about reliablesite.net I wanted to sign up with them. But I wanted to ask them some questions first, so I tried their “Live Support” service and it came back that on one was available. Then I send them a ticket, and it has been three days now and still there is no answer! I have tried to contact them thru “Live Support” more than 25 times now and every time it comes back that no one is available!

I’m beginning to think this company is a sham! Anyway what are your opinions about them?

Also can you recommend any company offering clustered reseller hosting like reliablesite.net?

Hello,

I've checked both the support and sales queues, and it appears that all e-mails have been replied to. Have you checked your junk folder?

Feel free to either private message me your questions or just ask them here in the thread, I'll be more than happy to answer them for you.

You know... I have the same problem. I opened an account late Friday and still have not gotten any response. John, I even sent you a PM with no response.

Must be a glitch somewhere.

There are a few. I just signed up with iMountain.com and they've been GREAT so far. They have a 50% off deal through tomorrow.

Obviously you know about reliablesite.net. Also check out http://www.cartikahosting.com/

Reliablesite.net is a windows based host. iMountain is linux and cartika does both.

Please understand, though, that there are not many control panels that support clustering. I don't think cpanel, plesk do. Most of these that do clustering use h-sphere... not as pretty as some others... but I have found that it definitely gets the job done.

Hi,

I did in fact receive your private message and have been working this morning to see what happened with your sign up. Looks like the correction in the address threw things off a bit.

I'll verify the account myself and make sure everything is taken care of.

This question should be sent to RS Sales
Why do you ask here when you can send a pre-sales inquiry email and check out response time as well?

Steve OP asked for companies providing clustered solution and i don't think hostgator is providing such type of services
