Ya, keep away from this scam everyone! Avoid Techware IT solutions like the plague. They won't even respond to a sales request. I can only imagine what their support is like if you somehow manage to get a server in their DC.

Not keeping weekend sales hours does not make someone a scam. Hell they might actually have weekend hours but this particular person is off on the weekend.

I give all of our clients reloads, reboots, and other remote hands support for no charge (within reason).
