AFTER LOT OF EXCHANGES HAD TO PAY FOR THE HOSTING ALSO AS MY CLIENT NEEDED IT URGENTLY ..

DAYS THEY TOLD US THAT THE DOMAIN HAS BEEN RENEWED AND IT WILL BE LIVE IN 24 TO 48 HOURS .. ..

NOW WE HAV RECD A MAIL STATING THAT THE DOMAIN IS IN REDEMPTION ''

PENDING DELETE - RESTORABLE STATUS

THEY JUST MAILED ME ONE LINE SAYING DOMAIN IN REDEMPTION PERIOD ....

MY CLIENT IS FURIOUS WITH ME ..................

I AM HELP LESS WHAT TO DO .....

CANT THEIR BE A PROPER SYSTEM IN PLACE TO CONTROL THEY FELLOWS ... ................

Who is the Registrant of the domain and who is the Registrar?

I have heard many complaints about Space2Let . They also do business under www.internetworldwide.org

They are based in Bangalore and I am guessing from your whois you are in Chennai. I have never heard of cases in consumer forums against hosting providers and domain registrars/ resellers but it is worth a try. Just ask a lawyer to file a petition alleging intention to cheat and lets see how they can wriggle out of this. You will need all the transaction records and invoices as evidence.

all these days they tell me the domain is renewed suddenly they send a mail that it is in redemption ....

more over we were forced to pay for hosting which we didnt want ...
