Seriously, $49.95/month per user seems like an awful lot. Are we to assume that means every customer of ours would be a user (since they are using the program)?

Acording to the site that's $49 per month per Customer Service Rep, not customer. I think Microsoft sent out free copies to everyone in thier web hosting program. I haven't opened mine yet though.

But...
$49.95 x 35 = $1748.25 x 12 = $20,979/yr....I don't think so...I'm sure their pricing per user lowers in volume, but when there are excellent solutions at reasonable prices, I just don't see going with something that costly.

Isn't it per seat, not per customer?

Or do you have 35 CSR's working around the clock?

Personally, I don't like support programs that I can't integrate with the current system. If you have a support program, you'll want to be able to link it to your customer base, so that you know who that customer was, and what their history was with their account. But if you use a remote support program, you won't have the ability to do that.
