Here's some good news and bad news for some RaQ users who want to install
mod_throttle/3.1.2 on their servers.

Good news is, the writter of the script, is going to write a step-by-step guide for all of the UNIX newbie out here soon.

The bad news is, he is too busy to start writting the guide until March.

I don't know if you all know about this. So, just post out and let you all have a look.
