What is a Good FTP Server, Besides WSFTP Server by IPSwitch? I need it to support Virtual directories, as well as total user right controls. any sudgestions?

Check out RaidenFTPD. It's the most powerful FTP server for Windows, IMHO. It's the only Windows FTP server that has features that can compare with FTPDs for *NIX.
