For some reason, I downloaded their trial but the application couldn't even connect to its license servers.

And I have no firewall installed, and only NOD32 as antivirus.

Generally, the only reason that it would not be able to connect is due to the connection being blocked. Thus far, in every case in which the software could not connect to the licensing server, is due to the connection being blocked.

If you could PM me with your license number, I'll take a peek.

I'm not sure how you could be impressed or not impressed, when you've not been able to try the software.

Now on to what causes immediate suspension of licenses...

When you download a trial, install it, and activate a trial license, then try to do it again (since you're only allowed one trial), the system automatically recognizes this as an attempt to increase a trial period, by trying to obtain more than one trial license. It will automatically suspend both.

After looking at the records, this is exactly what occurred.

Your first license was created at 7:08 PM ET, and activated it at 7:11 PM. You then signed up for another trial license at 7:13 PM, and attempted to activate it at 7:14 PM. Both licenses were automatically suspended at 7:14 PM, when you tried to use the second license.

I'd also like to note that we did not get a single request for support on this matter.

After signing up for the first trial account I tried to activate it in the program. I entered the serial number and pressed 'Validate'. It then said that it was activated and the program restarted, but asked me for the serial number again so I entered it and was presented with the suspended error.

I thought maybe it was a problem with the key so I signed up for a second trial in an attempt to get it to work. The same thing happened so I didnt bother entering it a second time.

Don't get me wrong, the program does look good - however if I start a free trial of something to test it out and it doesnt work, I kinda lose the impression that I first had.
However, if you can fix this problem then im willing to give it another shot.

The first step would be to submit a ticket, with the trial license you would like to use, and outlining the issue so that it can be handled privately.

Did you guys add the feature of copying ssh ports from one server to another? This is one feature needed when having to add a lot of servers.
