I have 2 servers that I am no longer going to need.

The Web Server is:
Dual Opteron 246 HE
2GB Ram (upgrades are $20.00 per 1GB ram)
2x 36GB 15K SCSI
5 IPs
Your Choice of Linux OS
Direct Admin

The DB Server is:
Dual Opteron 244/844
2GB Ram (upgrades are $20.00 per 1GB ram)
8x 18GB 15K SCSI
5 IPs
Your Choice of Linux OS
No control panel - But PHPMyAdmin is installed!

Both Servers are Fully Managed and come with a combined 2TB of Bandwidth.

They are co-located @ WebNX and are scheduled to have an OS Reload on Monday.

I would like $300.00/month for both.

I dont think the monthly bill is $300/a month, I belive that is his asking price for both servers, so you'd be looking at. 1 Paying him $300.00 + 2 Paying the server company XXX monthly costs?

Both servers have a combined 2TB of Bandwidth. Meaning, 1TB bandwidth each server.

The bandwidth is 2TB for both servers (1TB per server or you can combine the traffic for 2TB on one server)

The Servers are in LA. The Network is Cogent. I am mostly doing this as a one time thing because I am wanting to start up my Hosting/Server Company real soon and this is a good start for us..

You can verify my servers @ WebNX. I bought these servers and had them colocated @ WebNX since the beginning of Jan. 07.. sales@webnx.com or support@webnx.com

Not to mention I have ServerWizards Management on these servers; So they are Fully Managed - You would get direct access to ServerWizards.

The Deal that I have with Dan is that I have 1TB of Bandwidth to each one of my servers, the Bandwidth can be combined for other servers if need be.
