Is there an easy way for me to make a complete backup of my cpanel vps account to my computer so i can download everything incase?

You can use full backup process -

Later move that tar file in public_html folder and download from your website - http://yourdomainname/filename.tar.gz

isn't that feature just for single accounts? i want to make a complete backup of the vps.

You would probably be better off using bqbakcup.com to backup automatically using rsync through a cron job. They have an excellent reputation- just do a search on these forums.
