A function that all control panels don't have is a way to backup everything on a reseller account with few clicks. For example cpanel users have to select the customer account and then backup one account each time.

Do you think it would be useful for your resellers to have that function?

DirectAdmin has this feature, from the reseller panel you can choose "manage user backups" and then select users (or all) select when to backup and choose to backup locally or to a remote server via FTP

Yes it would be a big plus, it sure will make life easy for a reseller.

It would be great when moving accounts from one server to another. If you've got root its not so bad but if moving a customer for reseller to VPS/dedicated it would help soooo much

It would be interesting to see what cPanel have to say about this feature - it must not be the case that they did not realize the need of backup feature for resellers.

If DA can do it why not cPanel :-?

I think it's easy to add a function like that as you can already backup per account.
