It is our equipment and we are able to quickly replace hardware to reduce downtime. Other hosting providers that offer managed hosting charge double or triple our costs for the same support level.
Control over the network...
This allows us to turn off malicious traffic at our core routers that can affect other customers. Our IDS (intrusion detection system) learns as new malicious traffic and exploits are exposed and blocks the traffic before it brings down your server. We are able to broadcast these null routes to our peers and effectively stop the traffic before it ever reaches our network. These null routes can be removed dynamically by our IP Engineers to stop ddos attacks to our customers so your website is available quickly.
Control over the Facility...
Which means cooling, power, and cable management is handled by our experienced and certified technical support staff. No cabling is permitted in our facility without Engineering department approval. No food, beverages, or anything that will compromise the integrity or security of our datacenter, are permitted through the third secured door to the data center.
