hi all, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this lately who makes use of SegpayEU's services... we have been getting emails from multiple would-be customers (many of them returning customers i should add) who report having whatever card they try declined consistently. signup transactions have been slow w/ them this last week or two but nothing like what we have seen in the last few days, and the emails from users who are wondering why their cards are being declined is really worrying me. i should mention, some users are finding their accounts going inactive even though they have not cancelled services... almost like even rebills are being scrubbed out.

anyone have some insight on this perhaps? i'm really at a loss, we have always had good experience w/ SegpayEU until pretty recently w/ these happenings, and our account certainly shouldn't be being scrubbed specifically as our refunds are extremely low and chargebacks near non-existant (1 this year).
