The value is in the powerful Domain Trader script.

After promotion and some marketing... revenue can be earned in many ways with this script. You can easily set your own pricing in the admin panel for membership cost, cost per domain listing, percentage fee per domain sale, domain appraisals, banner advertising and domain parking revenue percentages.

The domain appraisal, domain parking services etc. are they all automated ? Does it require any input from me ? How much time would one require on a daily basis to run this website ?

Everything is automated except for domain appraisals, which the owner would have to do himself or contract someone to determine the value of domain names.

In my opinion I think it would be wise to ignore the appraisal feature since it would take alot of time and there is an abundance of cheap professional appraisal services.
