We promise our clients an initial hardening session with one of our world renowned technicians to ensure your servers security. After this, we will install kernel updates with your permission, and respond to any technical problems via tickets, livechat, or telephone. Included with this, is your daily software upgrades and server advice.
Do you have an uptime guarantee?
- Yes! We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee with all of our services. More information on this guarantee can be found in our Service Level Agreements.
How can I know that this isn't a fake?
- We're not fake, and we're not phony! We're a registered LLC in the state of Florida, as of May 2007. All of our hardware is brand new, and privately owned by us! You may be contacted via telephone during this process.
How long does it take to setup my server?
- We guarantee that your server will be setup within 24 hours at all times upon payment receipt. Should your server not be in stock, your server will be setup within 7 days of payment receipt. This gives us the ample time needed to order our server from our hardware providers, and then install it in our datacenter.
