People are free to post complaints here (about any company), however support requests will be closed and redirected to the RS forum. Pretty much anything that can be posted about any company should apply to all in my opinion. If there seem to be many threads, then this just indicates that many users on the forum are using RS' services. I recall many threads about Alabanza and VDI when the forum was shifting around and many were using these services.

There should be a link to the rackshack forums. The two sites should be called "WebHostForumDuo.com"
