It sounds very nice, and just wondering how it compares to the other control panel they use: Plesk. They have a nice deal with Positive Software (makers of H-Sphere), as they provide licenses on a monthly basis instead of the one-off $4.50 per license. In the long run this would be very expensive. Alan Patd 07-20-2002, 11:12 AM We are using Hostware with Rackspace and there is a lot more to it than just HSphere. Rackspace will install the software, train you and your staff and support your Hostware 24/7. On top of this they give you the option of answering all of your Trouble Tickets for your customers, and provide you with a completely brandable support center. They have exclusive pre-release access to migration scripts (which worked flawlessly for us) and new versions direct from Psoft. We used to be with Alabanza (who did not provide any support), at Rackspace it is half the price even with the monthly fees. I am totally sold on Rackspace, you cannot find better support anywhere. If you have a problem with Hostware, you do not have to wait for Psoft, Rackspace will fix it for you. Just so you know...... Patrick seg fault 07-20-2002, 11:15 AM haha, awesome!
