The 5320 is a Quad Core server.
The 5140 is a Dual Core server.

The clock speed of the 5140 is faster than the clock speed of the 5320. Which is best for you (more cores or more clock speed) depends on the nature of your application for the server. Some will be better served with a faster clock, others will get better performance with more cores. Each person's situation is unique.

You can add additional bandwidth on these servers via the order form. Additional bandwidth is charged at $100 per 1000GB.

Also consider if you are using a control panel such as Cpanel, Plesk etc... I don't think they can yet take advantage of all four cores on a quad core.

cPanel, Plesk, and other similar control panels dont change the fundamental underlying applications such as apache, mysql, php, etc which are used in most hosting environments. These fundamental applications are ideally suited for both multi core and multi processor environments.

The control panels themselves are nothing more than a GUI designed to let you easily configure a server to use these applications.
