We're offering $25.00 USD or our SH-100 package with 2GB bandwidth for 6 months to the winner of this contest (winner can decide which one he/she wnats).


The rules are pretty simple..

1. All logos should be displayed here.
2. We want the .psd files
3. Winner is selected by us and is the logo we decide to use on our website.
4. Logo should say Sarvi Hosting or SarviHosting.com

Some guidlines to help you..

1. Logo must fit inside 350x80 pixels.
2. Logo should go with our website http://www.sarvihosting.com/
3. Logo should be professional looking and catchy
4. We would like some kind of symbol that would be our sign (i.e. WHT has the 3 circles in its logo)..

Those logos look nice but now quite what we're looking for. We need easy read, simple yet elegant.. You know, a business logo. Out of those 6 logos, I would say the last one is more towards the right direction maybe..

A note to everyone..

Please don't use the 2 grey boxes we have on the main picture in the logos since that picture is going to be changed in a couple of days. We've updated our page a little and want a new logo that goes with the layout.. Something that looks clean and professional, yet eye catching.

It just doesn't sit very well with us. We would like to see if anyone here can create a better logo to go with our website and maybe something we can put on our business cards, etc. The website is top priority right now though.

If you didn't have such a low budget i could get you what you need. $25 is pretty low for a professional logo. But if your stuck with that price, try getboxed.com or someone who works cheap and does good work like that. If you decide you have more $$ to spend on it, let me know and we can take care of you.

Piano, that looks very nice, but I would like it to have some kind of symbol/shape or something that would be ours you know. So once people see it once, next time they just see the symbol/shape they will think about Sarvi Hosting. Makes sense?

We're aware of getboxed and some other sites that offer cheap logo design. The reason behind this contest is to help a lot of starters. We thought we've give everyone a chance first and if we can't find a logo here that we're 100% happy with, we'll probably go with a design company. Who knows, right now the submissions are getting better and better here.

Whichever makes it look better. The “.com” is not important at all.

Money is money. I would put about 4 hours more effort in a good logo for 100$.

I agree money is money.. I would rather see someone pay the $100 though. :D

$100 and the rest. For a real corporate logo you're looking at $500 onwards.

http://www.logo-design-zone.com these people do a good job at $200 for print logos and $100 of web logos.

A good logo design should cost about $100 and it takes more than 5 mins to put together..

First of all, $25.00 is a real price. Maybe it's not as high as what a professional company would charge, but if you look around a little you will see that most people that post their design services in this forum, don't ask for much more to make a logo. I mean, when you can buy a complete template for $10-$50, why is $25 for just a logo too little?

Second of all, no one forced anyone to make a logo for us, this is completly up to the artist and if they think $25.00 is worth their time or not.

Third of all, we never asked what you thought how much a logo is worth. We simply asked people that are interested to make a logo for us and if we choose one to use, we'll give $25.00 to the artist.

Now please, if you don't have anything nice or on topic to add to this thread, I ask you to not post anymore replies. This goes for everyone, not just Robert.
