Hey all, I'd like to suggest to you LightningServers.net . They are the most fantastic people in the hosting business. I love their service, its totally fast, and the support is great.
This host is for real, they have a support guy online from 9AM to 12 Midnight! I always talk to him on msn.
btw, I'm not affiliated with lightningservers.net other than the fact that they host me.

Agreed, Drew, their support guy is the greatest tech support guy there ever was. *dries away tear* He's always available, and he has all the answers. Its like he's some genie!

LightningServers.Net also hosts me (AllXP.Com, still very much in development, pardon it's barrenness, LOL), and I've gotten to know Drew, the main Tech guy, quite well. Let me assure you, he is DETERMINED to give the best support he possibly can. This host is not a fly-by-nighter, they want to make a long term BUSINESS, not a fast buck. I've seen a lot of, ahem, not-so-savory outfits out there, and for me quality of service is of UTMOST importance. You think I'm wrong? Go get yourself a bargain-basement account someplace. You'll save a buck or two, maybe, but when the "stuff" hits the fan, be ready to give yourself a crash-course in webhosting, since you will be solving the bulk of your own problems. I think it's worth a couple dollars a month to have somebody else ready to deal with hosting problems. That's their job, afterall. Yours is to manage your online presence. Lightning Servers will make sure that presence is kept online, and delivered to your customers - fast.
If that sounded like a commercial, well, it was supposed to. I like to speak well of businesses and people who treat me right. Check `em out for yourself!

Yes, actually...believe it or not...lol...generally people talk to one of us beforehand anyway. We reiterate (or in this case 'iterate') all the specs to them then anyway.
Once they find out they have a choice of a Commodore 1541 floppy or a FREE upgrade to the blistering 1571, they're a lock! LOL
