Hello:
We have a domain that has expried, it is in the process of being deletered; however, this was not suppose to occur. How do you get the domain back? It is a .info domain if that helps any. Is there anyone I can contact in regards to it?

The registrar would be the place to start at.
Domains have a redemption period which may or may not cost you depending on your registrar.
Good luck,

Depends on your registrar... Some registrars have a holding period of 12 days after expiry (Godaddy.com), while others have as little as 1 day. If this holding period lapses, you often can't do anything to get the domain back. Check the registrar's registration agreement for more info.

I thought EVERY ICANN-accredited registrar is REQUIRED to render the 30 calendar day RGP (redemption grace period), no?

Yeah, I think so. But I'm not sure how this applies to pre-release domains, because they're technically not deleted from the registry. I have heard stories about netsol not allowing renewal 1 day after expiry for high value domains (netsol pre-releases their domains through snapnames).
Here's GoDaddy's domain name registration agreement:
https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/legal_agreements/show_doc.asp?pageid=REG_SA&prog_id=godaddy&isc=&se=&from_app=&app_hdr=
If Go Daddy decides to renew your expired domain name on your behalf you will have a Renewal Grace Period during which you may reimburse Go Daddy for the renewal and keep your domain name. The Renewal Grace Period is currently 12 days but subject to change under the terms of Section 2 of this Agreement. If you do not reimburse Go Daddy for the renewal during the Renewal Grace Period your domain name will be placed on Hold and flagged for deletion after which you will have a 30 day redemption period during which you may pay Go Daddy a Redemption fee and redeem your domain name.
So with GoDaddy, you do in fact have 12 + 30 days.
Which registrar and when did it expire?
