The standard version of PerlBill doesn't have any payment processor integrated into it, so offically, HostCharge.com won't work with it. But you could always get someone to integrate it for you. You could also ask the author, John Bennett, about the professional version, which includes integration with several payment processors I think.

Yes, the standard PerlBill version is the only version they have, which includes the CPanel module. But no payment processors are integrated into it.
