They do not have phone support, even for resellers - but try this:

Can't remember if they provide support if you call, though. At one time, they did no matter what but if I recall properly, you will only be able to leave a message by calling the above number. By the way, I retrieved that awhile back using WHOIS information and have called before and it is legitimately their number.
