Do anybody have a statistics - how many unique users have to visit an e-commerce site in order to have one sale? In other words, what is a ratio UNIQUE USERS/QUANTITY OF SALES?

I understand that it depends on product, site and million other factors, but anyway...

I see there are a lot of real experienced sellers on this forum, so you probably have such a statistics.

OK, that let's talk in general terms. Does anybody know about any statistics like that? I'm sure it should be somewhere on the Web.

Well, I think mine is about 2.7% if you'd like to know.

You mean that about 3 visitors of 100 are buying? If so it's a very high ratio, and it means that you bring a very qualitative traffic to your site (I'm not talking about other factors now).

I heard that a ratio 0.5% is considered a very good one.
