As you can see from the sample given, the WHM ones are in cPanel 11, the cPanel ones however I believe were done in cPanel 10, however, ther really wasn't much change I don't believe done to cPanel in cPanel 11 so it shouldn't matter that much at all.

The skin is the x skin, though from what I can tell its exactly the same as x2 also, but either way, it was done in x. However, we are very flexable and would be happy to do them in another theme if you wish (such as rvskin or x2 or x3)
