I wonder if there is anything like ACH Processor? and if anyone uses it?
I'd have a few large (3 to 4 digit)transactions each month, so if the fees for ACH are any lower, it'd add to profit.
Any idea bout it?

We've looked at ACH processing. Are you in the US?
Banks are rather hesitant about granting access to ACH because you can generate withrawals from any account. All you need is the routing number and account number. Generally you need to be in business for several years, and you need to demonstrate that you're doing many transactions. For a handful of transactions my understanding is that you'll not get ACH access. The fees, however, are much lower, if you have a moderately large transaction volume.
We decided not to do it because of administrative changes that weren't worth it.
Perhaps on-line check processing would make more sense for you?

I'm not in the US, however, I've US bank accounts and I do send/receive several payments via ACH each month.
What I'm looking for is an ACH processor that,d allow customers on my website to pay via ACH directly from their bank account to mine. Possible?
AFIAK, there aren't any fees for ACH transactions between banks.
Online-Check processing = (PayPal) eCheck? Or?

I've used them for a couple of years now with no issues... but I've been setup with a merchant account since maybe 2000 or 2001... moved over to PMN back in 2004 in order to process ACH... but now I don't use it through... My "merchant" guy set it up for me... very low fees on everything...
Never really thought about the fees of CC since they are deducted from taxes each year.... part of doing business. I do get your point though.

heckwu,
They don't have any pricing details on their website. Could you please tell me a few things:
- What are their fees like?
- How much time does it take to transfer funds from users to your bank account?
- What are the chances of fraud etc..?
2-3% fees per transaction is a lot in domain business. ;-)
