I have been using Jodohost.com for 2 years :)
I already written a review last year. So, this the additional review of Jodohost.
1. Extremely Friendly Support (24/7 too)
Jodohost provide 24/7 live chat support which make us stay with them for two years. For what-so-ever reason, a technician will able to give me answer in the live support. Even during holiday, Jodohost live chat support will be there for you.
2. No fussy (lazy) support.
One of my client have a problem with his AJAX setting. A quick request to Jodohost via live support, they fix the AJAX setting for us. Jodohost will never accuse the problem is from customer. They will dig the problem at their end first rather than blaming the customers.
3. Great Network and Server
The performance of our client website is fast. The network stability is superb.
Some Issue :
Currently, I realise that if I want to use the live chat, I must submit a ticket first. Then use the ticket ID for the live chat.
Pretty weird. But, the support service level is still the same.

SwiftModders 06-12-2007, 12:14 PM Nice review! Always great to read a positive comment for a host, especially if it is a long-time customer. I guess the ticket ID concept is so that they have an easier way of updating you on the status of your problem if you have to go or if it is not a quick-fix so to speak. Plus it is always good to have a trail in case the problem resurfaces for some reason.

(Stephen) 06-12-2007, 12:55 PM the ticket before chat is exactly why, we can log notes of the issue if t happens again for them, or anyone else we can resolve it more quickly. we are working on integrating the chat to automatically make a ticket as well, but it will be coming down the road a little bit, it will save them and us some time.
some people had a hard time understanding this, but it really helps us to improve speed of all replies and issues in the future by having better case notes, the chat history itself while searchable was not able to search in the content of the logs, you had to know the user name, email Id, etc and exactly who it was to get the notes, so it was not something we could use to have notes of the case.
liveperson is a good chat system, and I'd recommend it to any company needing a solid chat system that is able to handle many operators at the same time.

The performance of our client website is fast. The network stability is superb. Do you use a monitoring service? Do you have an uptime figure that you can share with us?
One more question: did you use their anonymous support service?

In few words, the reseller hosting provider answers the support inquiries from end users (the reseller's customers), but to the end user it will seem as if the reseller itself is providing the support.
It's also known as end user support, a terminology that is more often used, at least around these parts.

We do not use anonymous support, we rather have personal support for our own client.

ldcdc, no problem :) Even the hyperspin alert me the server is down, our emails, website etc still online due to HSpehere Clustering setup. Hyperspin only monitor our main IP.
At least Jodohost give me good services for two years. Although the price is higher than other competitors, but with this kind of support, it worth all your money.

We handle over 2000+ support chat sessions a month, and managing them was becoming a huge issue
We are actually working on a new, integrated customer support system for phone, chat and email. Once that's in place, we should be able to provide seamless cross-channel support to customers via all 3 support mediums :)
Once that's in place, we should be able to log in a ticket for you on Live Chat/Phone, rather than you being asked to have a ticket # to escalate an existing issue.

Yash, not a problem. Because for 2 years I use to click the live support and blast questions. Suddenly, I have to put the ticket ID.
The ticket ID stuff is not an issue. It is good that Jodohost want to bring their superb live support to the next level.
Sorry, need to adapt the ticket ID stuff.
For me, as long as I get the same good service, I would not mind the ticket ID.
To Yash, you got a good company. Please please takecare of it. If not, I do not know where to put my windows hosting customers.
