Ok i have a premiere account on paypal.
My client who lives in romania cannot register to paypal and therefore cannot transfer money.
But my question is can he somehow pay through CC? If so then how?
Also we set up an internation form, which has romania in country of citizen ship, but not listed in country.
Can anyine help?

If it won't let him register for PayPal it probably won't accept his credit card, because credit card payments via PayPal create a PayPal account for the user.

Its not that it WONT let him register, it doesnt list his country in the international country list (when you click outside us) BUT his country is listed in the country of citezinship list.

Contacting PayPal support is your best option. May take a while to get an answer but they would know.

You are right it will take a while for them to answer :(

After they send you a crappy generated response submit a couple more support requests and you'll get a real answer.
