Robert now that the move is complete where is my refund that is now 90 days past due? You have promised it would be done, you have said it was forwarded to billing, you have said it was processed, I have asked you show me one document of paper where it was processed and I still have nothing. I have sent you PMs and you ignore them I have sent emails and have no replies from you or billing. At this time there has been nothing put in my bank, my bank has no record of anything from your company.

As I have stated before if I am wrong and you have kept your word then show me something, anything and I will remove this post and apologize in public. But until I see something showing me it has been processed I will keep asking.

I never had any problem with webreseller.net when I had a server with them and their support are not bad.

It has nothing to do with the special. Read my post again I have asked several times, I have sent emails I have phoned and I have sent PM's to Robert he stopped responding. Last time we discussed this here on WHT before your move he promised to look into it again but still I have no word, nothing from him. I am more than willing to take this off the board, I have tried since 4-23 to keep this private. But I will not just go away, all I want is what is fair here and that is the refund I am due and what he promised I would get.

I made the mistake of using my Visa debit card instead of my real credit card to pay each month so I only had 30 days to chargeback, Robert promised the refund I took him at his word for 45 days then he cut off answering me and I have no refund and no recrouse other than to ask here in public for him to stand up and show he is a man of his word.

Well this is something that you will have to take up with him then.
I am just following forum rules as this issue does not have anything to do with the special or core of this post.

I am sorry about your issues you are having but I recommend either contacting me or Rob

twrs free setup is nice but it does take time and money to setup a server, those costs will not go away.

I would suggest you contact billing@webreseller.net, as mentioned in your PM you did say that you would post it on our first post and make sure everyone could see...

Robert does not handle billing, please contact the billing department.

I have sent the billing dept several emails and they do not respond.
And this was not the first PM, I have about 10 since 4-23 where Robert has personally promised the refund. Would you like me to post them all?

Let me correct that I have about 10 I have sent Robert I have 4 from him promising the refund as I said he has not responded since 5-30 and neither has your billing dept.

I am real easy guys get someone from your billing dept to contact me with any details of a refund being processed and I will erase all these post and go away.
