Last I knew the lady was working on a PHP version however many people were stealing the script and then selling it as their own. I think she may have gotten frustrated that so many people were stealing it and temporarily pulled it off the web ... We are currently beta testing a version for him that adds alot more features such as email to ticket, and capped responses for those users that just like to ask the same question over and over again. dektong 02-27-2001, 12:01 AM I tested it... does not seem to work.... cheers, :beer: mpkapadia 02-27-2001, 02:48 AM If you do not mind to run the helpdesk on Nt system then there is one called liberum helpdesk which is available http://www.liberum.org/ Uses asp and access db , but can be converted to use mssql. we are planning to use the same and it is really good and free too.
