Recently I signed up with a host for year ahead and after that they stopped responding all my support requests ( !!!). The site is almost dyeing and I can not figur our what is happening.

So, I'm currently in search of a realiable hosting service for three
of my domains ( and few more are coming soon). I'm commited to a long
term contract. However, before I go for it I need to find the service
which matches to all of my requirements below.

If you are a host provider and can match my requirements or know a good service please let me know.
Thank you in advance.

- Shared ( virtual) hosting on Windows platform. Preferably MS certified. Unix will be considered too for later use.

- Fast network connections without any forced traffic limiting
( such as limiting concurrent connections, etc.)

- Setting an account within 12 hours ( 24 max.)

- $5-$6/mo. ( up to $10). No long term contract. Monthly billing only.
No set up fee. No hidden charges. 30 days (no less) money back guarantee.

- Good (or excellent) customer support by telephone ( preferably) or e-mail with response
time around 12 hours ( 24 hours max.)

- Min. 50 MB of disk space (more is OK), unlimited bandwidth ( min. 20-30 GB). I use less than
that but want to have more just in case.

- CGI directory, Perl, ASP support

- Custom error page

- Full support for http://domain.com and http://www.domain.com ( no aliasing
from domain.com to www.domain.com)

- min. 5 e-mail accounts with autoresponders and forwarding capabilities.

- Support for MS Access database ( MySQL will be considered)

- FTP access 24/7.

- Access to log files for using with third party log analizers
(log files do not have to count toward disk space)

- Dedicated IP address.

- Password protected directory

- Web based control panel for mail and other site configuration.

- Server Side Includes

- Other feartures are optional.

I would suggest posting in the requests forum and you should get some good reponses there. Hosting companies are not allowed to advertise in there forums so no one will probably respond to you.. good luck.. also why do you need a dedicated IP address do you have a SSL?

[edit]

I just noticed you wanted unlimited bandwidth.. this is bad.. there is no such thing as "unlimited" when it comes to things such as bandwidth and space but is usually ok in regards to email accounts, responders and so on.. check out www.unlimband.com for more info.. again good luck..

i dont want to sound rude but bandwidht prices per gb are arround 1-1,5 $ x 20-30 gb = at least 20 $ ( if we consider that youll use only 20 gb and get it @ 1 $). And you would like to pay maximum 10 $ ahm...it makes no sense right? I mean i responded because you wanted "good host" = it will be hard to find, but good luck :)

You want Perfect support by phone and all....but you dont want to spend more than 5-6 dollars? Thats pretty much impossible. OH and the unlimted thing..dont want to get me started there LOL. But hey heres a suggestion. This needs to be in the request for and maybe a mod could move it for you but i would suggest if your going to host a few sites to get a reseller accout to do it. I know of a cheap place that gives you 1gb total space and 18 gb transfer total for 10.95. They are pretty good and i use them but i cant say who it is in here.

Thank you for responses. However, I hosted my site for $3.75, $5.95 and $9.95 /mo with unlimited bandwidth. Well, I undestand it does have a limit, but It never was an issue with those services. I just did not like the way they conduct business.

Plus I used word " unlimited" on purpose becuase many hosts offer UNLIMITED bandwith trying to fool their clients ( because they know they will offer 1-3 gb maximum).

Some hosts offer up to 50GB for for $5.75. How is that possible? I can post their URL if you want to. However, they offer Unix hosting and I want to Windows since I had not very good experience with hosts on Unix.

Its possible through massive overselling and a bad business plan. Bandwidth doesn't grow on trees.

If you know someone that offers 50 Gigs for $3.75 post the URL, I may go buy a few accounts myself.

If the unlimited host you are seeing are so great for $5.75 a month why are you here looking for a good host?

I will tell you why! Any host that offers you unlimited is a scam and normaly gives crappy service which you tesitifed to in your first post. Hence your reason for being here.

Fact is good service cost money period, you get what you pay for.

well i never said that you cant offer even 100 gb for 3,95 $ the question is how long can you offer that, i can offer packages with 1 gb space and 600 gb transfer for 5 $ but i ll be out of business in 2-3 days...think of it.
