Does any company here outsource their inbound calls to a service?

If so, does it work well for you? All the companies I have contacted won't give me a hosting company as a refference.

THanks.

I do not believe Bobcares provides phone support.

There's not a lot of companies, that I know of, that offer phone support for webhosting etc.

That's pretty specialized and most companies either keep phone support in-house or don't offer it. :(

Outsourcing phone support could be a bad idea. Unless the support team knows enough about how your company works and how you tend to manage clients, they won't be able to provide adequate assistance over the phone. Personally, I like to have full control over those matters, to ensure that clients are talking to who they need to be, and getting the information they need.

I agree, it's probably best to keep phone support in-house. I don't like the idea of outsourced support being put on the spot over the phone.

I never said anything about phone support. I said customer service.

All of us did read the question --

...inbound calls...

Usually "calls" refer to phone calls. That's where the confusion was ;)

You could also install a ticket script and find teenagers willing to work for free because they are bored and in their basement. Not that the quality would be good
