Is there any Live Chat solution available with integrated knowledgebase?

By knowledgebase integration i mean something like when a visitor is asking for something (like "how do i change my cpanel password") our operator will get the article on "how to change cpanel password" fetched for him in the operator console. From there he can send him the link, get the article pasted to the requester or just read out the arcle and assist the requester personally.

There can also be showing the requester matching kb articles directly.
