I would like to create a interstial ad similair to this:

however that script above does not work, would not refresh correctly and alot of times the ad page just wont appear.

Is there a simple way to make a interstial ad similair to the above?

I haven't used it personally, but it seems the best i could find on hotscripts right now, http://www.hotscripts.com/Detailed/62328.html :) Have a stab at it..
