We try to target our customers with arranged meetings. We also try to compete with competitors by providing a higher level of support.

How or why do you want to ? What context is the question ?
Do you have a client asking why they shoudl pick you over xyz - just explain what it is that makes you unique.

It is depend of what is your strength. If you have a good number of best servers, try beat your competitor with that.
