Yes we can as long as the server is in our New Jersey location. Just going off the top of my head I think we can do cpanel vps licenses for $8. We can also do Direct Admin vps licenses for $5, and last time I checked we can offer plesk vps licenses too.

Plesk depends on how many domains you want the license for. Around $4-7. Bandwidth overages are .50 a GB. Hardware upgrades depend on the size of the Hard drive your looking to upgrade to, and depending on the server we may have to use 2GB sticks of ram for upgrades. Best to email sales with the exact server your looking at and what you are looking to upgrade to.

Servers on a month to month basis. We usually ask for a weeks notice if your canceling, but we will cancel up to the day before your invoice date.
