Looking for a cheap dedicated server. Any suggestions? Would prefer unmetered bandwidth (fdcservers.net) even if capped down to low bandwidth (1mbps or so).

Oh well. works great for a high bandwidth customer he dont mind since he pushes quite a bit. Have you even tried Cogent? seg fault 07-17-2002, 09:51 AM cogent is veri fast sometimes :D SG.GS 07-17-2002, 10:57 AM Speed isn't a real issue. If I can get 1mbps (128KB/sec) I'm happy enough. Don't want to be tied down to paying additional other than the basic charges. Non-crucial server. :) clocker1996 07-30-2002, 10:21 PM Originally posted by ClusterMania Have you even tried Cogent? sure have :) phpcoder 07-30-2002, 10:29 PM Originally posted by OKIHost :puke: unlimited... now that we got that out of the way.. Un-metered (Cogent Only) 10 mbps Network Connection! $349 p/month ;) Pillhead 07-31-2002, 11:58 AM hostmania.net for the unmetered stuff. mushrew 07-31-2002, 12:05 PM Yeah Hostmania is a good choic, only 75 a month plus 75 setup for 3mbs unmetered. Only 30 a month for each additional mbit of bandwidth so a full 10mbit Celeron server would cost only $285/month. Unbeatable. SG.GS 07-31-2002, 02:07 PM Thanks all. I've scaled down my choice to FDCServers and HostMania. :) |
