I need a ppc script that works in the following way:

Affiliates can sign up and get their own personal code. Whenever someone clicks through an affiliate's link, the affiliate is credited $0.03.

Once they reach something like $10, they get a paypal payout.

Any ideas?

The only thing, I not sure - is how to realize paypal payment to somebody account. I think, it should be done by you or your staff after been alerting.

Other things - structure, database, scripts are not hard to do. Time for development is depends on your needs
