I am looking for a third party merchant account. I would like to know which one allow partial refund? The reason I am asking is if we bill client bi-annually or annually and half way through the contract, they decided to upgrade their account. It would be a pain to do the billing. I know Revecom doesn't allow partial refund. What about 2checkout, ematic.com, hostcharge and any other 3rd party merchant???

2CheckOut can this , I think HostCharge can do that aswell, but not sure about that one.

I didn't think 2CheckOut does this... you can refund one more installments that have been charged, but I don't think you can say, refund 50% of what you charged someone.

2checkout allows partial refunds, but you have to email them. You cannot do a partial refund through admin interface.
