We need :

- Perl version 5+
- http server (e.g. Apache) with abilily to run Perl CGI scripts
- mySQL engine with appropriate database module for Perl.

and some timely.... help.... from support with regard to ports and enabling on the HOST side....once it is running....should be no problems.....my programmers will tune it up....

also there is a standard Casino on our home page.....works ok...
