I have friends in high places, or low ones, depending on your feelings about Microsoft. That's the real OS before they put code names on it for the public.

You didn't really believe that press release about MS deciding at the last minute to have one OS for personal computers and business ones, including servers, did you?

One thing that not many people know about Bill Gates is that he is a big fan of Lord Of the Rings. Sauron is his idol and role model. Bill has been known to chant a revised version of the rings homily that ends in "and one OS to bind them".

How many Microsoft programmers does it take to change a light bulb?
