Modernbill support is so pathetic that after waiting almost 4 days for some simple answers to some simple questions with no replies, I am forced to post my questions here. I can't wait to be completely done with them. In the meantime, have mercy on me if you can answer these questions:

1.How can I see which clients have which add-ons? Like a list of clients that all have additional disk space or a dedicated IP etc.

2. How can I see a breakdown of what add-ons a customer is being billed for? Like customer A has basic hosting for $14.99 plus a dedicated IP for an additional $2 per month plus additional disk space for $5 per month for a total of $21.99 per month. Where can I see that broken down with dollar amounts?

You might get a better answer in their forums, which is "non support". I'm sure someone can answer you better there.

As for their support, I feel your pain, really I do. The waiting time for someone from MB to support an individual can really mount up.

Thanks, but it's going on 5 days now with no answers from support or their forums. Actually that's not true, I got a response 2 days later, saying they were cleaning up their helpdesk and they were resub, itting my ticket for me. Then a day later I got a reply which didn't answer my question, I replied to that right away and now I'm on day 2 of waiting for another reply. I'm done with Modernbill thankfully after switching to WHMCS, but I still need to move some stuff over. Of all the various hosting and software vendors I've worked with over the years, Modernbill's support is the absolute worst. It is just incredibly, painfully inadequate.

One way of seeing a break down of the add-ons a customer is being billed for is to simply go to their invoices and click on one, you will see the invoice as displayed to them, with the break down of each add-on they are being billed for and at what price :)

In v4 you can go to Package Setup, switch to the correct order group and to the extreme right of each package, there'll be a number that signifies how many clients have that specific addon. Click that number to see the actual names of the customers who have that feature on their account.
