Ability to remember a client's information. (With PD you need to reenter it all)
There was something really important just flew from my mind at the last second. When I remember it I will post it.

If it came with billing software I'd pay $$ for it, otherwise I'd just stick with PD.

Feature: built in coffee maker for those late nights
Price: cheaper than Starbucks
Service: would serve the coffee with a virtual reality interface with virtual Thai ladies on Ko Pang Yan. ;)
