Do you have a web site earning Adsense revenue, but you need cash now? I will buy your site from you based on your verified projected revenue.
Contact me and I will give you a quote on how much I'm willing to buy your site for. My requirements are (but are not limited to):
* Your site must be at least 3 months old
* Your site must be making at least $2 a day (on average) in AdSense revenue
* You must provide detailed traffic stats and screenshots from your advertising revenue source for the last 90 days
* Your offer to sell must not only include the domain name but it must also include copyright, content, and any custom/licensed script rights.
I typically pay 10-12 months revenue but may offer more or less depending on domain. I am only interested in content-rich sites with organic traffic and long-term appeal. No affiliate sites please.
