the Zend encoder should have a GUI.
If you are talking about Zend Optimizer, go and buy Zend Guard

You need the Zend Guard available from www.zend.com to zend-encode files, this costs $999 or $599 depending on your company status.

If you are looking for someone to encode your files with their encoder, this is against the Zend EULA.

You may instead want to look at ionCube (www.ioncube.com) - more features and great support. Their encoder is also only $199, and they also have an online 'pay as you go' encoder starting from only $5, which may be more like what you are looking for :)

Pay-as-you-go is how we did our project pieces that needed to be encoded. Load up $5 in there, and from what i've seen it's something like $0.50/file, which is nice when your project only needs one encoded file. :D

I have an ionCube license, and it was well worth the $200. It's very easy to use, very fast, etc...
