This is about to drive me crazy. I'm trying to get a vbulletin installation upgraded for a client (from 2.x) and I'm having a hell of a time. On his 2.x board, he is including a header.htm and footer.htm that wrap around his board. I've got this all working correctly, save for the fact that the menu isn't working like it should be...

As you'll see, the menu has no background color, and doesn't extend to the footer area like it should. I'm about to go crazy trying to figure this out.
