We are hosting more and more streaming content lately,( progressive download) and need a way to not only monitor bandwidth for the entire account, but also want to be able to see bandwidth usage for individual video files, as we are charging not a set hosting fee, but per video based on bandwidth. We are currently using Cpanel web stats, but it doesnt give us the breakdown that we want. Does anyopne know of a software application that will work for us?

AWStats should be able to show you the breakdown per-file. I know that's what one of our clients uses to track hits and usage on some of his stuff.
