Okay so after my previous CMS thread I'm giving Joomla a hard look. So where can I find some of the best templates both free and paid? I don't want a cookie cutter Joomla lay out.

I am not sure about newsportal template for Joomla, but there had been an excellent for Wordpress (being used at http://www.gurgaoncitynews.com at present), I think it was called news-time.
