I am facing the problem with the Merak Webmail panel. I have install this for Merak server on Win2k3. POP, SMTP or IMAP other services are running fine but when I try to access the Webmail (serverIP:32000) it is giving me error as below:

Page cannot be displayed
Internal server error.

IceWarp
500 Internal Server Error

I have search a lot and did the many settings, but could not find the solution.

Can you access Merak webmail interface locally from your machine ? If yes then enable port 32000 in your firewall setting.

Thanks for the reply. There is no firewall setup at server end and on my client end.

If you see the error you will find that the problem is related with the server end. (php) or something. I am not sure what to do. and unable to find the error logs or configuration log on the server..:(

can you tpovide us with more OS info? is it linux? do you have sendmail installed?

http://Ipaddress:32000/mail
http://IPaddress:32000/accounts

But you should confirm first that it is working from inside your machine.

The OS details are Windows 2003 server. And firewall on the server is already Disabled. The url which you had given are tried inside the machine and throwing same error.

Please guide.
